Cardio Fight Training

This is Brazos’ version of a typical Cardio Kick boxing Routine. The program is designed for those looking to attain or maintain a peak level of fitness. Utilizing the student’s body weight and a combination of Kick-boxing and MMA techniques and principles, the Cardio Fight program is geared towards maximizing students' response and effectiveness in a fight, flight scenario.  These high intensity-high impact sessions are ideal for current Martial arts students looking to increase cardio vascular and muscular endurance. The sessions also provide a sound insight to Martial Arts Training in that students will learn how to properly move, strike and counter. This program is a great introduction to martial arts training for the beginner or an effective tool for the experienced martial artist.
